Make sure you're using the same email and password you signed up with. If you just created your account, check your inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation email and tap the link to activate it.

Guest mode lets you start using the app right away with no sign-up — your wines are saved on your device. An account backs your collection up to the cloud and lets you sync it across devices and use the community notebook.
When you sign up or log in, we'll ask if you want to add the wines you saved as a guest to your account. Tap Add to my collectionand they'll be merged in. If you skip it then, your guest wines stay on the device until you sign in again.
Syncing requires an account — make sure you're logged in with the same email on each device. Pull to refresh or fully close and reopen the app to pull the latest from the cloud.
Note that guest-mode wines live only on the device they were added on until you sign in and merge them. Still seeing a mismatch? Message us with the email on your account.
Open the wine from your library to view it, then use the edit option to change any detail, note, or rating. To remove a wine, open it and choose delete — this permanently removes it from your collection.
The sliders let you record how a wine tastes to you — things like body, sweetness, acidity, and tannin. Only the sliders you actually set are saved and shown on the wine's page; ones you leave untouched stay hidden, so your profile reflects just what you chose to rate.
You can replace the image by editing the wine and adding your own photo from your camera or library — give the upload a moment to finish before saving so the new image sticks.
If a label from our catalog looks wrong for everyone, let us know which wine in a message below and we'll fix it on our end.
The free plan lets you save up to 15 wines. Once you reach the limit, adding more is paused until you upgrade. Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase — no subscription — that removes the limit so you can save unlimited wines forever.
Use Restore Purchaseson the Premium screen — this re-checks your App Store or Google Play account and re-applies your purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same store account you bought it with.
Heads up: purchases are per-store, so a purchase made on iOS doesn't carry over to Android (or vice versa). Still not unlocking after restoring? Message us and include the store you bought it on.
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them directly:
iPhone / iPad: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: request a refund through your Google Play order history.
Every wine's notes are private by default — only you see them. If you want to share a tasting note with the community, turn on the Public toggle when you post it. You can keep some notes private and share others.
On public notes in the community notebook you can tap to like a post and leave comments. You'll need an account to like or comment.

Cheers is a quick, friendly way to show appreciation for another member's public tasting note — a one-tap way to say “nice find” without leaving a full comment.
Badges are earned automatically as you use the app — for example by adding wines, exploring different wine types and regions, and staying active in your collection. Keep adding and rating wines and you'll unlock more over time.
